With a variety of bedroom options, including a room with a queen size bed and a twin bunk bed, a room with two bunk beds, and a third room with a comfortable queen size bed, our large cabin can accommodate 8-10 people comfortably. 10 person maximum. Additional guests require $35 per guest fee. The open floor plan encompasses a spacious kitchen, inviting sitting area, elegant dining room, and a cozy living room, providing ample space and comfort for your Texas vacation rental. Unwind on the screened-in back porch, complete with a gas BBQ grill for delightful evening cookouts.

Enjoy panoramic views of the private lake at Blue Roan Bend from the front porch and the Colorado River from the back porch. Overnight rentals of the cabin gives you access to our 285-acre private spring-fed lake just a short walk from the front porch. Have a picnic, take in the lake views, jump in for a swim, or bring out your fishing poles for deck fishing at our overwater pavilion. Canoes and paddle boards are available upon request. NO FOUR WHEELERS, DIRT BIKES, JETSKIS, BOATS, SIDE-BY-SIDES, ETC. ALLOWED.
